1. When did you first start playing?
I got my first set at age 4 but due to there not being any clubs local to me as I child, I didn't play competitively. I started playing again in late 2020 and have gone from there.
2. Which was your first ever big tournament?
Wrexham Open IO in October 2021
3. Which is the best tournament you have ever attended?
Glasgow IO in Feb 22 but hope to get to bigger tournaments over the next year or two
4. What was the best goal you have ever scored?
Anything I can score against Brian Daley will always be a best goal as it has only happened twice!
5. Who would you describe as being the toughest player you have faced in England?
Brian Daley, Alan Lee and Nick Pearson to name just a few but I enjoy the challenge against them and every game is always an education.
6. Who would you describe as being the toughest player you have faced in the World?
I haven't really played anyone outside the UK but I hope to put that right and travel abroad in the coming years.
7. What has been the best match you have ever played in?
I played Paulo Gouveia in Haverhill and I lost 3-2 but it was a fantastic game and one of the best I had played. Paulo's experience showed and he punished me when I made mistakes but it was a very enjoyable game.
8. What has been your best moment or achievement in the game?
Reaching two plate Quarter Finals at IO tournaments and also achieving my first wins at IO events in my group. I hope to get further as my game progresses and one day get out of my group.
9. What has been the funniest moment you have seen on a trip away to a tournament?
It would be me whilst reffing at Wolverhampton bumping into Chris Short when he was about to shoot! Luckily he was 5-0 up already so it didn't cause a mass incident. We all found the funny side after so it was all good.
10. Which football team do you support?
Manchester United - My great uncle played in the 1968 European Cup Final and all of the family have forever been United fans.
11. What is your favourite food?
Anything Italian or Indian is always a winner with me
12. Do you have any other hobbies?
I build PC's for friends as well as myself. I also started Decalling during the last lockdown and have mastered that so I can now produce my own teams.
13. What is your favourite holiday destination?
Orlando is one of the best places I have been to but Barcelona is always a fantastic place to go for me.
14. What is the best movie you have ever seen?
Saving Private Ryan - The first 15 mins speaks volumes!
15. What is your favourite TV series?
Love my comedy and it has to be Still Game. Reminds me of my grandad who was from Dundee!
16. What is your favourite music?
Anything Indie is always found on my playlist.
17. Which person do you have most respect for in life?
My dad. He keeps me grounded and has done a lot for me in life.
