The Annual General Meeting of the English Subbuteo Association will be held at 8pm, on Monday 27th March 2023 via Zoom

The 2023 ESA AGM  Agenda:

1 Report on the activities of the past year from the Chairman

2 Financial Statement from the Treasurer

3 Election of Officers (Nominations for Officers must be seconded and sent to the ESA Secretary at least 21 days before the date of the AGM)

4 Any other business

Any member may propose a resolution for consideration at the AGM (under item 4 above). The resolution must be submitted in writing to the Secretary at least 21 days before the date of the meeting and must be seconded by a member other than the proposer.
